The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found the availability of a USB-C charger in the room VERY helpful. This was REALLY a plus.

early check-in good breakfast quick service excellent shower
the staff let me check in two hours early it was very helpful. the buffet breakfast was quite good and offered lots of options. i requested an iron and ironing board and received it quickly. the shower was excellent with fast heating, high pressure, and easy temperature control.
i noticed a slightly dusty smell in the hallways, which could improve with better ventilation.

the hotel is within an easy walk of the metro and coex centre, made getting around simple. numerous convenient stores are only within a two minute walk. the direct bus to incheon airport is also very convenient.

denisa from the front office was very professional and kind. the staff helped me with luggage storage before my check-in and after my check-out. all my requests were promptly fulfilled by the very good concierge.

the room included a fridge and a safebox, so i had space for personal belongings. there was also a usb-c charger. the air conditioning worked really well. after each room cleaning, two water bottles were left, a small thing that i appreciated
